My Daily Schedule

My daily time schedule is designed to help me produce the highest results for my clients…

I walk into my home office every weekday at 7 A.M.… close the door and totally shut myself away from the outside world till 11 A.M. before I ever “plug into any part of the outside world”.

I use this totally uninterrupted first 4 hour block of my daily work time to do the creative part of my daily work... my conceptual thinking, planning & creating of clients marketing strategies, programs, and planning their step-by-step implementation, as well as my sales writing... without any outside interruption or distractions whatsoever… I have found that this distraction free total isolation works best for me and greatly increases the quality of my work and my productivity. My clients seem to love the quality of the results too.

At 11 A.M. I then first “plug into the outside world”… that’s when I first log onto the internet, check my email, my messages, remove the automatic transfer of inbound calls to voice mail, turn on the phone ringer… and let the outside world in.

I am then available to my clients and prospective clients from 11 A.M. to 5 P.M. weekdays only (US Eastern Time Zone)… I am typically at my desk during this time working on implementing clients projects. I can be reached… only during those hours … directly at my desk at 800-934-9505
